Billing and delivery rules

- Invoice
- Chinese VAT invoice (fapiao) issued by Jinhua Mengguang Technology Co., Ltd.; requestable in the client area

- Within 3 business days of payment clearing, starting with the technical audit
- Refund
- Refundable within the first 30 days if the deliverables have not been delivered — see the refund policy

- Manual renewal; service continues until the end date, no automatic charge
What is not included
- No ranking or recommendation guarantee. No one controls what a model answers. We sell the engineering and the measurement, not the outcome.
- No ad spend. Paid media, influencer fees and platform commissions are separate.
- No account operation. We hand you scripts, content and schedules; posting to Douyin, TikTok or LinkedIn stays in your hands or your agency's.
- No investment or financial advice. Nothing on this site is investment advice, and we do not manage money for anyone.
Common questions
Can we start with just the audit?
Yes. The audit and the written fix list can be bought as a standalone engagement. Several clients fix the list internally first and only then subscribe to monitoring.
Do you work with companies outside China?
Yes, as long as you are selling into markets where AI assistants are used for supplier research. The platform and the reporting are bilingual.
Is the price per site or per company?
Per company, with a limit on how many domains and sub-accounts each tier covers. Extra sites are quoted separately.
How do I pay from overseas?
Bank transfer in CNY or USD equivalent. Write to us first and we will send the invoice details and the exact amount after conversion fees.
