What we take on
Company websites
Not a template dropped on a host. Structure, copy blocks, structured data, sitemap, llms.txt, analytics and an inquiry path that reaches a human. Built to be read by both buyers and AI crawlers.
Typical scope: 5–20 pages, 1–2 languages, 3–6 weeks.
WeChat mini programs
Product catalogues, quotation requests, dealer portals and internal approval flows. We handle the parts most teams underestimate: account registration, category review, privacy declarations and the release process.
Typical scope: catalogue + inquiry + admin, 4–8 weeks.
Internal management systems
Order tracking, inventory, quotations, customer records — replacing the spreadsheet that three people edit at once. Web-based, role-based permissions, exportable data, no licence fees.
Typical scope: one workflow end-to-end, 4–10 weeks.
AI integration
Adding a model where it earns its cost: drafting quotations, classifying inquiries, summarizing meetings, generating product copy from a structured catalogue. With a human review step, not a black box.
Typical scope: one workflow + review UI, 2–5 weeks.
How a project runs
- 1 · Scope
- A written one-page scope: pages, flows, integrations, what is explicitly out. Fixed price after this step, not before.
- 2 · Build
- Staging environment you can open from day one. Weekly demo, no "big reveal" at the end.
- 3 · Launch
- Domain, SSL, ICP filing support, analytics, sitemap submission, backup schedule.
- 4 · Handover
- Source code, deployment notes, admin manual, a recorded walkthrough. You are not locked in.
- 5 · Support
- 30 days of defect fixing included. Ongoing maintenance is optional and priced separately.
What you get, concretely
Deliverables
- Source code in a repository you control
- Staging and production environments
- Domain, DNS and SSL configured
- Structured data, sitemap and llms.txt where relevant
- Admin manual and a recorded walkthrough
- Backup and restore procedure
What we do not promise
- No guaranteed rankings, traffic or sales
- No fixed timeline before the scope is agreed
- No silent scope growth — changes are quoted, not absorbed
- No "we will figure it out as we go" on regulated features (payments, medical, finance)
Why us and not a larger agency
Because we run a SaaS product ourselves, we price like engineers and not like an agency: fewer meetings, written scope, no account manager relaying messages. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it.
We are also honest about the edge: we are a small team in Zhejiang, not a multinational. If your project needs 20 people on site for six months, we are the wrong vendor and we will say so in the first call.
